Hey there, I'm Moe! Still waiting... still wagging... still hoping for you! I'm one of the last two pups from my litter—my brother Larry and I are the dynamic duo still looking for our forever homes! We look a lot alike, but you can spot me by my extra splash of white. I am almost a year now, I'm a total lovebug who thrives on human attention. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Snuggles? Always. A best friend for life? That's what I'm here for. I love to bring my toys, treats and even my boys to you. I would love a family to be active and go on adventures on, even if those adventures are playing ball with my kids in the yard! I get along with other dogs, but I seem to prefer females (and my brother, of course). When we go for walks, I am a very good boy on my leash! When we go to adoption events, I am so good in my crate! I just like to take naps and get all the pets from new people, young and old. Kids are my favorite! I don't know why I'm still waiting, but I do know this: the family who picks me will be getting a heart full of love and a loyal companion for life. Come meet me—you just might fall head over paws!

Hard Licker Ranch's Adoption Policy

We go through a thorough adoption process that ensures that the best matches are made. We review and call referrals, as well as the current vet, along with an interview with the potential adopter. We then have a conversation about what the dogs behavior is, any red flags for either party and discuss those. After that, and if it looks like a good match, we require a meet and greet with all parties that will be living in the house, human and animal. If there are any red flags, or the meet and greet does not go well, we do not go through with the adoption. We extend resources of the trainer that we use at the Ranch as well as going through the phases of dog decompression.

Our dream is to create a place where animals can be free and enjoy life at the Ranch. Whether they are with us for a few weeks, or forever, they will always be loved and cared for. We hope to educate the community and the world on the value of adoption, TNR and rescue with our actions and our words.
