This girl was found as a stray, and her vet care has been very neglected. <br/>She has skin & coat issues, a cataract in one eye, hookworms, whips and fleas and liver issues are high. She will also need a dental. She is heartworm negative and has no tick disease.<br/><br/>Meet Mocha. She is a chocolate Cocker Spaniel girl about 3 to 4 years old. She was found as a stray up in the mountains by a man and his family 4 months ago. He took her to a vet to see if she was micro-chipped and she wasn't. Trying to see if someone was missing her, he kept her and finally decided to ask for help because they couldn't keep her.<br/><br/>She is a very sweet girl. But, she is a bossy, dominate Cocker girl and will probably need to be an only dog in a new home when she can be adopted out. She will also need house training help and leash training. An appointment has been made for spay (vet found a spay scar) and dental and an eye care appointment has been made for late this month (October) to see if cataract vision can be restored. We are slowly working on getting her vet care needs done, but we need donations coming in right now to help pay her vet costs.<br/><br/>Please be kind and help us get this dog healthy so that she can eventually be adopted into a loving home.
