Mocha's Story
Hi, I'm Mocha and I'm just about the greatest wannabe Vizsla around. I'm a GSP/Weimaraner mix. Everyone tells me what a great dog I am. I am young (about 2 years old, I think) but don't hold that against me. Because of my age and my breed, I am high energy, I need a place to run, and my foster parents say I also need something called "Training" whatever that means. They add that I need more leash training - there is that word again. She adds that I am easy to train, you just need to take some time with me. I love playing with my foster Vizsla brother Hudson, and he is teaching me a lot about what it means to be a Vizsla. Oh yes, and don't let the Weimreimer/GPS cross scare you. I am only 39 pounds and have the mostest beautifulest, shiniest, chocolate coat anyone could wish for. That splash of white on my chest just makes my appearance pop even more.

I'll be upfront with you here, I'm not all that sure about that 4 year-old human that keeps loving on me. I prefer humans that are older. I also have a bit of what my foster mom calls, "isolation anxiety." I hate to be left alone for long periods of time. I mean, I'm not destructive or anything like that, but I do howl. All I'm trying to do is catch the attention of the ones I love. What is wrong with that?

I also love to go hiking. That is the best thing ever! I am also a very willing and able lover and cuddler. I want nothing more than to love on you and receive belly rubs - lots of belly rubs. So tell me, are you my forever family? Please visit our website at www.coloradovizsla.org and fill out an adoption application. PLEASE REMEMBER WE DO NOT SHIP OUR DOGS.
