Mocha's Story

Meet Mocha — A Sweet Cavapoo Looking for Her Forever Home!

Mocha is a 3-year-old Cavapoo who may seem a little shy at first, but she is truly the sweetest girl you could ever meet. She is wonderful with dogs, people, and cats, making her a lovely companion for many types of families.

Mocha came to us as a stray from a rough neighborhood after a good Samaritan asked for help when no owner could be found. She was incredibly matted, with cockleburs and even poop tangled in her coat. After a much-needed grooming, Mocha was transformed and her beautiful appearance—and even more beautiful soul—could shine through.

Now it's Mocha's turn to find her forever family!

Mocha has done wonderfully with potty training and crate training. She is typically a very quiet girl and does not have any food aggression or resource guarding issues. She also did great for her grooming and all of her veterinary care.

Mocha has a cute little nubby tail and is more legs than body, giving her an especially adorable appearance. Despite everything she went through before coming into rescue, she remains gentle, sweet, and loving. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, she is an absolute sweetheart.

Mocha is ready for a loving home where she can feel safe, cherished, and included in the family. She would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a kind, affectionate dog with a truly special soul.

If you have room in your heart for a sweet Cavapoo who is great with dogs, cats, and people, Mocha might be your perfect match.

Interested in adopting Mocha? Email onceuponaprayerrescue@gmail.com to inquire.

Mocha's tax-deductible adoption fee is $700.
