If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.

Mocha was surrendered because her owner did not have time for her. Unfortunately, when she was too playful or got into something as a puppy her owner just stuck her outside on a tether instead of teaching her what was expected. Mocha is super smart and is already picking up on so many basic skills- leash walking, sitting to ask for attention and other simple manners that will help her be the best girl. If you are looking for an energetic and very smart addition to the family- Mocha could be your girl. She will need a little work but it will be so rewarding!
