Mitzi's Story

Mitzi is currently in a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom.<br/>If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.<br/><br/>Mitzi is a female Boston Terrier/Cattle Dog mix and has just turned a year old (December 20). <br/>-She weighs around 30 pounds.<br/>-Very friendly<br/>-Missing one toe from her right foot (you can see in pictures and video). Doesn't bother her in the slightest!<br/>-Has the cutest underbite!<br/>-Energetic, full of life. Happy to be here and have dog and human friends to play with<br/>-Couch potato<br/>-Walks on a leash. 1. We require all possible adopters to fill out an application 2. If application is approved, a meet and greet is scheduled at our rescue or virtually via Facetime, FB Messenger video chat, etc if adopter is not local. 3. If meet and greet goes well, we have the adopters fill out an adoption agreement and pay an adoption fee. 4. If the adopter is local, they can take the dog home at that time. If they are not local and would need transportation, our rescue will schedule transportation to get the dog as close to the transporter as possible for pickup.
