Misty the Ghost

Introducing Misty (the Ghost) . When she was first found, with 2 friends on the street, we called her Ghost. That was partly due to her coloring, but the other 2 dogs had immediate interest and she was standing in the background silently....like a ghost that no one saw. But we did. And those that donated toward getting her off the streets saw her too when we asked. She quickly won everyone over. She was very skinny then. She looks amazing now. Healthy. Like a regular dog! <br/>Her TX foster Mom tells us she is SUPER calm. Like you barely know she's there. (kinda weird right? Like a ghost? ) In months she's only heard her bark a few times. <br/>She LOVES company. When dogs try to play rough she just loves them even more. Gives them appeasement licks on the face. And is up for anything. <br/>Unfortunately Misty has heartworm and has this one more hurdle to overcome with our help. And she will! We are already treating her and she will be feeling better and better everyday!<br/><br/>ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED. <br/><br/>The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm. <br/><br/>Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $65.00.
