Mishka's Story

Mishka is a 1.5-year-old Great Pyrenees who had a rough start in life. He was surrendered to The Street Dog Project when he became extremely ill with salmon poisoning and aspiration pneumonia. After a five-day stint at the emergency hospital and five weeks in a foster home healing up with one of our volunteers, Mishka was given a clean bill of health and moved to a potential foster-to-adopt situation where he has been since December. Unfortunately, his current foster family is unable to keep him due to personal issues. <br/>He is affectionate and playful and gets along well with everyone he meets. He loves to be outdoors or cuddled up with his people. He current foster family has kids, cats, a dog, and chickens, and Mishka has done well with all! He is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated and needs to find the forever home he so deserves. Do you think you have room in your home and heart for this wonderful young boy?
