From the Foster: Mint aka Mint Julip is the most chill dog I have ever fostered. She has only had one accident in the house so far and will whine when she needs to go outside. She sleeps in her kennel with no accidents. She will either sleep throughout the whole night or will need one break and will bark when she needs to go outside. She does well with our two dogs and was respectful while meeting cats (she feared them and just let them be). She knows sit and waits calmly to be fed. We are working on gaining confidence (she thinks she needs to be next to you all the time) but this has already improved greatly. Mint is mostly chill but will have small spurts of energy when she plays with our dogs. She will be a really great addition to any family. She has not met kids yet but she does not nip or jump like most puppies so I think she would be great, even with wee little humans.

Where you can meet her: Mint will be at Torg Brewery on 2/8/20 for our Adoption Meet & Greet from 1-3 PM. She is also scheduled to be giving out kisses at our annual Valentine’s Day Kissing Booth at Carver Junk Company in Chaska on 2/16/20 from 11-12:30. Minnesota Pit Bull Rescue strongly encourages applying in advance (before attending an event if you’re interested). Applications can be found at www.mnpitbull.com.
