Meet Minnow!<br/><br/>This walrus-shaped dog is goofiness incarnate. Clocking in at close to 115lbs on intake, this fluffy king might be shaped like he skips leg day, but it doesn't stop him from trying to bounce around if you offer to play. He's a husky who is also a bit... HUSKY. From the adorable black spots on his very long tongue to the way he flops down when you offer to brush him, he's the kinda dog who is just happy you're there, and even happier if you have food. <br/><br/>Minnow is about 2 years old with an estimated birthdate of 04/13/2024. He has lived in a home with kids of all ages, and we think he would make a great family dog, and he'd also be perfect for someone who likes big, moderate energy dogs and aren't afraid of fur. Because there will be fur, LOTS AND LOTS OF FUR. <br/><br/>Minnow is housetrained, loves car rides especially being allowed to hang his head out the window in typical husky fashion, and his hobbies include chasing cats, drooling, sitting in front of a fan like Beyonce. He is also a big talker if he's trying to get your attention. <br/><br/>Minnow enjoys playing with other dogs. His previous owners said he is dog social and he has met a couple dogs at the shelter and enjoyed the play time. Keep in mind he is good for about 5 mins and then he needs a drink and a nap. <br/><br/>Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a county license at an additional cost of $21. Adoption fees can be done using credit card or cash.
