Minnie Driver

I gotta go see about a girl. That’s what Angels Among Us said when we heard that there was a dog that had been hit by a car and left with a very broken pelvis! Darling 30 pound, 3 to 5 year old Minnie Driver was in “ruff” shape. She could barely walk. She’d been lost and alone for days. And she desperately needed surgery to give her another chance at a safe, happy life. Minnie has proven to be very much worth the rescue! She is the sweetest, most gentle, affectionate little comeback kid.<br/><br/>There was no guarantee she’d ever use one of her hind legs again. But following surgery she’s recovering beautifully, gradually regaining strength and coordination in both hind legs. She is housebroken, perfectly mannered, good with other dogs and the cat at her foster home, loves people, but is equally at ease if you have to step out for a while. She is also stinking cute!<br/><br/>Minnie still needs the care of Angels for a little while, but will be ready to go to her forever home soon enough.
