Minnie's Story
? TODAYS TRANSFORMATION STORY ?

Remember when Minnie (previously Dream) came into VPRP, extremely malnourished, neglected & scared? Look at her now!

Minnie is an approximately 6 year old doberman mix female. She loves sunbathing! She’s extremely loving and bunny hops around feeding time, letting you know not to forget her breakfast or dinner. ??

It took her some time to build some confidence and weight while being fostered with VPRP, and now she’s ready to be a part of a loving fur-ever family.

Minnie is still learning the basic commands, and she’s very food-motivated. Given her past, she is on a twice per day feeding schedule with a slow-feeding dish. She is kennel-trained, even though she doesn’t really require one. She uses the doggy door with ease, and she loves to snuggle. She’s not destructive at all!

She gets along with other dogs with proper introduction, although she would probably prefer a more mellow furrymate. She’s done a wonderful job of learning to share, and she isn’t food aggressive.

Minnie is an incredible companion, and she would love to be a part of your life. She always greets you at the door, and she’s always happy to see you. She loves snuggling in bed or on the couch with you but has no problem sleeping on the floor as long as there’s a bed for her, if that’s what you prefer.

Minnie gets attached to people fairly quickly as long as she knows she’s safe, and she’s not picky whether it’s a male or female. She doesn’t like to be picked up. It may be a trigger from a scary past. She doesn’t get mean - she just crouches down to the floor, terrified. We’ve tried helping her with it, but she seems like she’s not budging on that. She has no trouble jumping in the vehicle on her own for car rides. With that being her main quirk, we would recommend a family with either no kids or older kids, so they understand.

#doberman #dobiesofinstagram #lasvegasdogs #adoptdontshop @ladybird926 thank you fosmomma!

APPLY TODAY FOR THIS GEM ?

https://form.jotform.com/203585160919157
