Minna's Story
Minna is a 7 year old female golden retriever who was saved on her way to the Yulin Meat festival in China where she would have become meat. She was with a rescue for months so that we could spend time raising funds to bring her here to the USA. Thanks to you, Minna arrived to our rescue on September 19th. Minna loves a good roll in the grass and she adores her stuffed toys. She does the cutest dance when she gets excited! The dogs we have rescued from China are wonderful dogs; very loving and thankful. Her hair is a little poofy right now, but it is growing back nicely.

She is just a sweetheart and is completely housebroken. Minna is good with other dogs. She was spayed and ready for her forever home when a contagious medical issue broke out in the foster home where she stayed. Unfortunately this put a halt on her adoption. Then on November 30th, she began throwing up and had diarrhea at her foster home for over 24 hours and was rushed into an emergency vet who was open on a Sunday. There was a splenic mass and it was removed, which thank goodness ended up being benign. We did not plan on this very expensive surgery and we've had so many unexpected medical costs for dogs as of late. Would you please make a donation towards her care above? We'll list your name here as her VIP Sponsor.

https://www.paypal.com/donate?campaign_id=WTNJQN86QUFME

Minna will be ready to go to her forever home soon.
