Minina's Story

DOB: 12/15/2022

Minina is a three-year-old island girl from Puerto Rico with a white-and-brown coat that looks like it was painted with extra care and eyes that seem to say, “Oh good, you’re here.”

She’s still unpacking her suitcase at the shelter, so we’re getting acquainted little by little, but one thing became obvious almost immediately: Minina has never met a stranger she couldn’t charm within thirty seconds. Walk by her kennel once and congratulations, you now have a devoted fan club president.

She has a calm, steady presence that makes you want to sit beside her and tell her about your day, and she listens like every detail matters. Whether she’s strolling at your side or quietly leaning against you for a quick moment of connection, Minina seems happiest when she’s part of someone’s world.

So far, she’s been greeting new faces like an old neighbor stopping by for coffee, and she carries herself with the kind of gentle confidence that makes people fall for her almost instantly. We’re still discovering all the wonderful little things about her, but we have a feeling Minina is going to make herself unforgettable wherever she lands.

The Adoption Fee is $4OO, which includes all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, and FELV/FIV testing. Microchip transfer is an additional fee.

**For more information regarding ROAR’s adoption policies and procedures, please visit our website at roar-ridgefield.org and select the ‘adopt’ tab on the home page.
