That is why we step in early, taking in surrenders and strays from the area before they ever enter the shelter system.<br/><br/>Mini Cooper comes from a difficult start in life. He and his three siblings, along with their mama, were living outside in unsafe conditions. After neighbors intervened and convinced the owners to surrender them, Shelter Hope was able to take in the entire family and give them a chance at a better future.<br/><br/>Despite everything he has been through, Mini Cooper is a well-socialized and well-adjusted little puppy.<br/><br/>Mini Cooper is sweet, playful, and incredibly affectionate. He is wonderful with kids and other dogs, and he loves cuddle time just as much as playtime, especially romping around with his siblings. Curious and adventurous, he enjoys exploring his surroundings, zooming around with puppy joy, and handing out plenty of kisses.
