Meet Mindy PENDING

Mindy's rescue from the high kill shelter in South Carolina became necessary after a hunter clearly left her on her own when he was through using her for hunting season. For the first time, Mindy has become a family pet with her foster family. She is adjusting well, and learning that the affection of people can be a pretty good thing! If you are a Beagle aficionado, and you need to be if you want to adopt Mindy, then you know she spends a great deal of time nose to the ground when she is outside. When inside, Mindy is adapting, but needs more time to truly understand how to be a member of your family. When outside, Mindy will need a securely, physically fenced in yard so she doesn't decide to go hunting on her own! She is great with the other dogs, men, women and children. Mindy seems to be about 5 years old and weighs 22 lbs. She has been spayed, is up to date on shots, heart worm negative and microchipped, all included in her $450 adoption fee. Transport up north is an additional $125.
