MIMOSA

MEET MIMOSA….who is as sweet as her namesake! This precious 10.5 lb, 7-8 yr old, tri colored (mostly white), Shih Tzu is the true definition of a lap dog. She can be independent at times (mostly when she is sleeping) but her favorite place is sitting on the couch with you while you watch Netflix! She likes to snuggle with you in bed at night, so if you don’t want this….she’s not for you! We haven’t seen Mimosa actually play with toys, but she does run after them, well maybe trot, but doesn’t do anything with them. Mostly, she likes to be with her human and we don’t think her feet ever touch the ground all too often, as she’s not sure where the bathroom is…she has had a few accidents but mostly she goes outside.<br/><br/>Mimosa is a good eater but we don’t think she was pampered in her former home. She came to us with a back full of scabs from biting and chewing at herself. She has been on antibiotics to clear it up, she’s been groomed and she is only eating the best food and treats! More and more of her personality reveals itself the longer we’ve had her but we know she is absolutely precious and even though she might be part diva, she will make someone a very happy parent!
