Milo's Story

Courtesy Post - Milo is a six-year-old boxer/pit mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. Whether he’s soaking up the sunshine, romping through the snow, or joining you on a five-mile hike, Milo is happiest when he’s by your side. After a day of adventure, he’s more than ready to curl up on the couch for a cozy nap and some quality snuggle time.

Milo’s early years were full of change, moving through four foster homes in his first year of life. Because of this, he struggles with separation anxiety and can be unsure in new situations. He’s looking for a calm, patient home where someone can give him the time, consistency, and reassurance he needs to feel safe and confident again.

Milo would do best in an adult-only home with no cats. With slow introductions, he enjoys other dogs and could potentially thrive with a calm canine companion. He is deeply loyal, incredibly affectionate, and has a wonderfully goofy personality that shines once he trusts you.

He is house-trained, food-motivated, and walks nicely on leash. Milo is searching for someone who understands that the best relationships take time—and who’s ready to gain a devoted best friend in return.

If you’re looking for a loving adventure buddy and loyal couch companion, Milo may be your perfect match. ❤️
