Milo's Story

Courtesy Post - Milo is a six-year-old boxer-pit mix who loves cuddles, sunbathing, and playing in the snow. If you're looking for an exercise and cuddle buddy, he is your dog. He will keep up with you on a five mile hike, and happily curl up with you on the couch for a long weekend snooze.

Milo went through four foster homes in his first year and this has unfortunately impacted his confidence. He has severe separation anxiety and with recent changes in our living situation, we no longer have the resources to give him what he needs to thrive. He would do best in a home with no children or cats, with someone who can give him lots of time, attention, and patience to rebuild his confidence.

With slow introductions, he loves doggy friends and could eventually do well with a doggy brother. He is deeply loyal, extremely affectionate, and a goofball at heart. He is house-trained, food-motivated, and walks well on a leash.
