Milo's Story

Milo's toughest days are finally behind him.

When he came into our care, he was suffering from severe neglect. His right front paw was badly infected and beyond saving. After receiving lifesaving care, his leg had to be amputated, but today Milo is healthy, healed, and proving that three legs don't slow him down one bit.

At around 13-14 years old, Milo is a gentle, easygoing gentleman. He loves a soft bed, enjoys being petted, is completely house-trained, and gets along well with other dogs. His favorite activities include naps, good meals, and soaking up affection.

Milo has overcome so much and asks for very little in return, just a safe, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years.

Could you be the happy ending this sweet boy has been waiting for? ❤️

Submit an application to athenshumane.org/adopt
