Millie's Story

Meet Millie, a stunning 3-year-old red Husky with a heart as big as her beautiful spirit.

Despite a difficult past of neglect and abuse, Millie has held onto her love for life and for people. Her resilience is truly inspiring, she greets the world with joy, curiosity, and a wagging tail.

Millie is full of energy and absolutely loves to play. Because of her enthusiastic personality, she's currently listed as not good with kids, but that's simply due to her excitement and high energy level. She may do best in a home with adults or older, dog-savvy children who can keep up with her playful nature.

When it comes to other dogs, Millie is very social and eager to play. Millie was recently adopted but returned due to her being too much for one of the dogs. She needs guidance with appropriate play with other dogs. Sometimes her playful style can be a bit much for more laid-back dogs, but with the right energetic playmate, she does great. A dog sibling who enjoys running, wrestling, and having fun would be a perfect match for her.

Millie is looking for a loving home that will give her the stability, kindness, and adventure she deserves. With patience, exercise, and lots of love, this sweet girl will reward her family with loyalty, affection, and endless joyful moments.
