Miller came to us as an owner surrender after he kept leaving the property where he lived. Because he didn’t have much socialization before coming here, a lot of everyday things—like walking on a leash and being around new people—were completely new to him.<br/><br/>Since arriving at the shelter, Miller has been making wonderful progress. With time, care, and encouragement, he has learned how to walk on a leash and is becoming more comfortable with the people around him. Watching him slowly gain confidence has been incredibly rewarding.<br/><br/>Miller will need a patient adopter who understands that he’s still learning about the world. He may need a little extra guidance and reassurance, but with consistency, love, and time, Miller is going to blossom into the most loyal and wonderful companion.<br/><br/>Deep down, he is a sweet boy who just needed someone to show him the way. The person who gives Miller that chance will truly have the best boy ever by their side.
