Miller's Story

Meet Miller, who needs a calm home! He's 3 years old, weighs 60 lbs, and can be very vocal when he's nervous, so it's best to go low and slow. Out in the play yard, his body language told me he was very nervous whenever I stood up, so I sat with him, let him come to me, and gave him pets while he sniffed my flannel. He likes pets and scratches, but can be guarded and cautious before he gets to know you. Luckily, he walks very well on a leash, which helped us bond a bit, and he even leaned into pets when we got back to his kennel. If you have a patient heart, come visit Miller today! ...
