You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.<br/><br/>Meet Milky Way — a sweet, cuddly survivor looking for his forever home!<br/><br/>About Milky:<br/>He is about 1 year 8 months old. He is neutered and fully vaccinated.<br/>Rescued in February from a difficult situation; was scheduled to be euthanized but given a second chance.<br/>Once underweight and with a dislocated hip from a car injury, he’s now healthy, gained 10 lbs, and is active and joyful — you’d never guess he has a dislocated hip. X-rays confirm the dislocation; an FHO was considered but cancelled because he’s doing great clinically.<br/>Gentle, affectionate cuddle bug — his ideal day is lying next to or on top of you.<br/>Loves stuffed toys, car rides, and attention.<br/>Good with other dogs, cats, and children.<br/>Walks well on leash and rarely jumps up on people.<br/>Would thrive in a home with a big yard to run in and some canine friends.<br/><br/>Mr. Milky Way is not a CARA dog and will not be adopted through CARA. Applications will be forwarded to his foster.<br/><br/>Adoption Fees:<br/><br/>Dogs: $250<br/>Cats: $95<br/>Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100<br/><br/>Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100<br/><br/>All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months), are current on vaccinations, preventatives, and micro-chipped. All cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS (FIV) and Leukemia (FeLV).
