Meet Mikey.<br/>Mikey is a 4-year-old, 62-pound pup with a heart of gold. Despite having a difficult start in life and surviving a machete injury that left him with an open wound on his head, Mikey never lost his happy, loving spirit. During his time in foster care, he quickly showed everyone what a truly special boy he is.<br/>Mikey is calm, social, sweet, and incredibly friendly. He’s house trained, dog friendly, wonderful with kids, and always ready to greet you with his never-ending tail wag. He’s a well-mannered boy who enjoys long walks and does wonderfully on long car rides.<br/><br/>Mikey has been through more than any dog should, and yet he continues to love people with his whole heart. All he wants now is a family to call his own—a family who will cherish him, spoil him, and love him forever. <br/><br/>Mikey is ready for his forever home and his happily ever after.
