Her fun, energetic nature makes her a joy to be around, and she’s sure to keep you smiling with her playful antics.<br/><br/>Mika can be a bit spunky with other dogs and sometimes likes to “claim” her favorite toys or even her favorite people. Because of this, she would do best as the only dog in the home, or with a confident, well-balanced dog who can help teach her appropriate boundaries and manners. With guidance, consistency, and positive reinforcement, Mika has all the potential to grow into a well-rounded companion.<br/><br/>Like any puppy, she’ll benefit from continued training, structure, and plenty of outlets for her energy. If you are interested, please come in at your earliest availability during our open hours, no appointment necessary. We do same-day adoptions, do not hold dogs, and work on a first-come, first-served basis as long as it is an excellent fit for both parties. If you have questions or want to possibly schedule an appointment on one of our closed days, you may email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com.<br/><br/>Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.
