A little crumb has never looked so cute. Miette is delicious. We are suckers for pudgy lips that regularly get stuck tucked up and Miette delivers. Her lips are close-up worthy every time. She came to us with some skin issues and a minor cut to her nose that looked worse than it was. We doubt she’s going home so now we are looking for something better. Miette is also playful and smart. Commands are easy and she doesn’t need much to have a good time in the fresh air but toys greatly appreciated. If she sounds like your type, don’t wait. She is ready.<br/><br/>Chicago Animal Care and Control is located at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL, and is open from 12pm to 7pm daily. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to adopt the day you visit, please plan to arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm will still be able to view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.<br/><br/>All dogs will be spayed/neutered and vaccinated before adoption.<br/><br/>All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers).<br/><br/>We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets for your current dog(s) to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s).
