She is intensely affectionate and will be excited to see you even if you only went out to get the mail. She would also want you to know that she is so very sweet and will promise to be your BEST best friend! <br/><br/>Micki is a 2-yr old Lab/bully mix weighing about 45 lbs and is just happy to wake up each day being loved. Her favorite pastime is cuddling up with her people and doing whatever you like to do, whether that's watching TV, doing laundry or even just going to the bathroom. <br/><br/>Micki really enjoys walks and does well on a leash. She watches the squirrels and bunnies and probably later dreams of actually catching them one day but for now, she will redirect fairly easily. She is social and loves meeting people and other dogs - to her that means more friends! Micki prefers to do her "potty business" in the comfort of her enclosed yard, so a fenced yard will be a requirement for her.<br/><br/>Her current foster home has a dog -no cats or kids, but we were told that she did well with them in a previous foster home. Because she will excitedly jump upon greetings or play, kids should be 10+ years old.<br/><br/>Both house and crate trained, Micki is also up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. She is currently heartworm positive. It is not contagious to others and treatment will be provided by Suncoast Animal League.
