My story begins now…because my history is unknown. I made the trip to Save-A-Pet after having been found by another shelter. They have quickly found out that, even though I am a big boy, I walk nicely on leash and enjoy sniffing things around, even when the ground was coated with snow. I have average energy and am happy being able to do some running in a fenced-in play yard but a long walk is just as much fun. I seem to be good with other dogs and while I enjoy a nice treat, I much more prefer to spend time with dog walkers and to explore the area. Sudden hugs can make me uncomfortable so need someone that can understand this. I also seem to have had some training as I sit nicely when asked and don’t jump on people.
