Michael Myers's Story
Meet Michael Myers - A Spooky Name for a Sweet, Scared Little Soul

Michael Myers is a 6-year-old Bichon Frise-Maltese mix with a fluffy white coat and a 20-lb frame. Pulled from a shelter, he is still a sensitive boy whose fear-based reactions can include growling or snapping when he feels unsafe or overwhelmed.

He needs a calm, patient, dog-savvy home with no small children, where he can continue to decompress and learn that the world is not such a scary place. Michael is good with other dogs, and a calm canine companion may help him feel more secure and supported as he settles in.

Once he feels safe, his personality starts to peek through in the sweetest ways. He loves yard time, where he zooms around like a little torpedo, and he absolutely melts for belly rubs and gentle affection from people he trusts. It's in those quiet, trusting moments that you really see the dog he's trying so hard to become.

He is still working through his fear of leashes and may still growl when unsure-but oh my, how far he has come. Every small step forward is a big victory for this little soul who is trying his best in a world that once felt very overwhelming.

Michael may not be the easiest dog, but he is one of the most meaningful. If you're ready to help a fearful pup rewrite his story, Michael may be waiting for you.

Adoption fee is waived to the right home.

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

EIN # 46-5486022
