Mia's Story

BARC welcomes MIA to rescue. This young, Staffordshire Bulldog is very affectionate and friendly. She is doing well with both male and female pets. She was supposedly a pet before and with nice house manners. She was not cared for very well otherwise. <br/><br/>"Mia is so friendly!! I just love her. She looks for all the lovins. She gets along great with other dogs. She definitely didnt have the best home. When she was dumped at the Rescue, she has a terrible skin infection. She looks soo much better now. I dont understand how a dog who is this nice, was treated so horribly. Mia would do well in any household. She loves to play and chill. She walks pretty well on a leash. I think she would be a dog that you can take anywhere. I havent noticed any sense of fear in her despite her past. She just needs someone to say yes." - BARC Volunteer <br/><br/>Our goal is to get her into a supportive family or as a special companion for someone special. She qualifies as one of our veteran grant companion pets. She is healthy and completely vetted. You can apply for MIA online at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com
