Mercy's Story

Mercy is a 9-10 year old chihuahua that weighs about 8lbs. He is currently in foster with large and small dogs. Mercy can be a little defensive around large dogs until he realizes that they are not a threat. He is house trained and crate trained. He loves to be under the blankets next to his people or carried around. Mercy is a very good watch dog and he takes his job seriously. Mercy is looking for an adult only home and he would love to have a fenced yard to enjoy the sun in the warmer weather. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. Karma K-9 Rescue Inc.'s Adoption Policy

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please send us an email or submit an application through our website (www.karmak9.org). Our adoption process also includes a home visit, interview and a vet reference check. Please be sure that all of your current pets are up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm preventative, prior to submitting an application. We do not require that your current pets be spayed/neutered, but we do encourage it. We also require that applicants be homeowners due to the breed restrictions when renting. All of our rescue dogs will be spayed/neutered and will have the age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. We do not have a facility. All of our dogs are in foster homes. Adoption fee: $400-$450
