Merci''s Story
Merci' (French for thank you) has been waiting for the right home. She is now going on 11 years old. She’s been up for adoption for almost 8 years, in this time she has settled down but still is spunky and silly, likes most people and gets along on the most part with easy going large only dogs. She will ONLY be adopted to someone who has a rural setting, she gets to wound up with traffic and people going by. Merci’ has a tendency to eat things she shouldn’t and has had one surgery to remove an item, she needs to be in a home that will be up to speed on this.
She also needs a fenced yard.
She was living in an outdoor pen most of the time, had few manners and is still in training. Gets along with large more easy going dogs or those who will put her kindly in her place. She could use a good mentor dog. No cats or smaller dogs.
She's still getting weight on but turning into quite a pretty girl.
Needs continued training. Knows sit and learning to chill.
Must have a fenced yard and a knowledgeable large dog owner who has the time and patience to continue to help her blossom.
Indoor, loving, lifetime homes only. Children over 10 may be OK, she is real bouncy so no little ones.
Ton of potential.
Email alterupet@aol.com to inquire.
Please look over the criteria before inquiring.
