Memo (ID 52259)'s Story

Memo has been spending time in a foster home and after just a few days this is what his foster mom has to say:

"Memo is doing great! He is showing more of his personality every day and it's wonderful. The best part is that he wanted to be friends with my dog straight away! He came up to him gently and tried to get him to play several times. Of course, my dog wasn't interested, so Memo just took it in his stride. They do often lay next to each other, though.
One strange thing was that Memo could go downstairs, but not up at first. I think this must have been a rule at his former home. It took him a few days, but he can now go up from the basement on his own. (We are still working on the stairs to go to the second floor.) Also funny is that he never just walks out a door, he leaps like a rabbit! He loves being active, especially running around.
Overall, he is just a chill, lovely boy. He's not at all demanding or whiny. He loves attention when given, but doesn't beg for it. He really is the sweetest boy."

for more information or to schedule a visit, please contact ntarr@pwcgov.org

Meet Memo, a gentle soul with a heart as golden as his smile.
