Meet Melo!<br/><br/>This handsome little dude isn’t exactly “mellow” — but he’s 100% lovable! Melo was recently surrendered, neutered, and is now getting spoiled by his amazing foster mom while he learns all about the good life. <br/><br/>He came into our care needing to get neutered, ears cleaned, vaccines and an allergy shot. He will need to continue the cytopoint shot to keep his allergies in check.<br/><br/>Melo LOVES belly rubs, being with his people (he’s a total Velcro pup!), meeting new dogs, and showing off his zoomies. He’s great with people and other pups, especially men! <br/><br/>He’s also a typical Frenchie — walks about 2 blocks before deciding he’s done. He prefers the AC to the sun, and has a stubborn streak that’ll make you laugh.<br/><br/>Melo is still working on potty training and wears a belly band indoors. He’s crate trained, listens to “no,” and is learning good manners (he sometimes gets a little too excited and may nibble or try to hump when playing). He will need to be trained further with a little <br/><br/>When he’s not snoozing, he’s playing with toys, chewing (appropriately), or dancing with excitement when his foster mom comes home. He’s affectionate, silly, and loves to cuddle. <br/><br/>Melo’s perfect home:<br/>- Someone who works from home or is around most of the day<br/>- A family or person ready to keep training & spoil him<br/>- Able to provide great food + vet care (allergies)<br/>- Apartment or small yard is fine — bonus points for turf!
