Mellie's Story

Mellie is a 5 year, 42 pound female American Eskimo Mix. She is a sweet, extremely calm girl who just loves to be loved. She does get frightened with loud, unfamiliar noises, so a leash always is recommended for her. She gets along with all animals, including cats, children, men, etc. She is completely potty trained and hasn't had any accidents! She is literally perfect and is loving this snow and the cold! She and her friend Cooper play outside a lot in the snow!! She doesn't bark and doesn't chew. Mellie would love a home with a fully fenced yard to play in. She is the total package for the perfect family.. which she totally deserves!!

She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.00. If you would like more information about Mellie, please email us at projecthoperescue@gmail.com. To apply to adopt, visit our website at www.projecthoperescue.org.

Because we take the special needs and seniors, our veterinary costs are higher than average. Please consider a donation to help us offset these costs and continue our mission to rescue these unwanted and often overlooked dogs. Donations can be mailed to: Project Hope Animal Rescue, P.O.
