• We CANNOT move forward until we receive an application. Even if you're only interested, please fill out an application at mnpitbull.com. We will respond within 24-48 hours (M-F) after receiving your inquiry.
• Adoption fees are as follows: 2-5 months old: $400, 6-9 months old: $350, 10+ months old: $250. This covers their Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, Microchip, 4DX, Fecal Tests, and Housing Costs. ********************************************************************************************************

Activity Level: Active puppy
Things I do in my free time: I love to play with toys, go on walks outside, chew on stuff (sometimes things I’m not supposed to), and be around my foster humans.
Things I know: I know my name, sit and will come when called.
Things I am learning/currently working on: I am a puppy and still have many things to learn but am mostly working on what I can and can’t put in my mouth.
Who I currently live with (humans and animals): 2 adult humans, 2 teenage humans and one older adult female dog.
How I do with kids: I love kids! I am still teething though, so sometimes I think hands and toes are chew toys. I also get really excited when I see kids running and playing. I will need to be supervised, especially with small kids.
How I do with dogs: I have met several dogs and done well with all of them.
How I do with cats: My foster family has an outdoor cat that I love to watch through the window and have been able to meet a few times. I mostly keep my distance but sure think it would be fun if she would play with me.
My current size: I currently weigh about 15lbs.
How I do in my kennel: I do very well in my kennel. Sometimes I whine for a few minutes before settling down. If I’m sleepy, I have no problem being in my kennel and sleep through the night without a peep.
How I do in car rides: Once I get settled, I do very well in the car.
Am I house trained?: Not completely but I am doing great with potty training and have only
had a few accidents in the house.
Additional Info from foster: Mel is an active puppy who loves to play with and be around his humans. He has a curious nature, loves to explore and seems to have an excellent nose. Sometimes his puppy energy gets the best of him and we have to help him understand it’s ok to take a break in his kennel. Overall though, he’s a sweet boy who is eager to be friends with everyone he meets – human and furry.
