For many years I was a breeder dog, and I may even have spent time in the show ring too. Now I’m starting a brand-new chapter—one where I get to discover what it truly means to be someone’s beloved companion. I am house broken, don't need a crate and do well on a leash. One thing you should know about me is that I really love being close to my people. After everything I’ve been through, being near you makes me feel safe. I can be a little anxious sometimes, but that just means I appreciate reassurance and gentle companionship. My heart is incredibly sweet, and I bond deeply with the people who care for me. I do well with other dogs, and I’d really enjoy a home with a fenced yard where I can stretch my legs and feel secure. My favorite part of the entire day is food time! The moment I realize breakfast or dinner is on the way, I can’t help myself—I spin and spin and spin in excited little circles. It’s my happy dance, and it makes everyone laugh. Because of my past, I often like to carry a toy in my mouth. It’s a comfort thing for me, something that helps me feel calm and secure. I also enjoy car rides. My past may have been a little rough, but it also made me strong in the quietest, most beautiful way. I’m a resilient soul—sweet, loyal, and ready for the kind of life every dog deserves.<br/><br/>My adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
