Found tied up under a house in Puerto Rico, he was left alone and forgotten, with nothing but fear and hunger for company. At just a few months old, he should have been curled up somewhere safe, not struggling to survive.<br/><br/>Despite everything, this boy’s spirit is unbroken. With his big, expressive ears and soulful eyes, he wins hearts the second you meet him. He’s gentle, eager to please, and lights up when he’s around people or other dogs. Every wag of his tail is a reminder of how grateful he is for kindness and how ready he is for a new beginning.<br/><br/>Now safe and cared for, he’s looking for a forever family that will never let him down again. He’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly—ready to grow up knowing only love, soft beds, and the joy of being part of a real family. Whoever adopts him will not only be saving a life, but gaining a loyal companion with endless love to give. Potty training is going well! He does amazing on the least and loves everyone and EVERYTHING he meets!<br/><br/>Sweet Meelo is 5 months old and 25 lbs! He will be around 35 when full grown and can be adopted anywhere on the west coast. He can be transported to his new home anywhere <3
