***** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW ***** Intact male ~3 yrs old 25.7 pounds Vaccines given 12-4-25 No microchip ALT ID# 12-2-25 12 Walks on leash but will hesitate, was very scared at begining of intake but did warm up and became very friendly, dog did well with small female dog but did not do well with a male about the same size as him. Dog gets very protective of people if another dog is around. Unsure how dog would do with a larger dog *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on //25; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date. AVAS will continue to follow the protocols in place for the health/safety of the animals in our care. The canine population currently in our care that are not showing symptoms will be posted on our website for public viewing. Canines will continue to be monitored by our medical staff under the direction of our supervising Veterinarian.
