Meet Meadow, a 4-year-old Samoyed mix who was rescued after being found on the streets caring for her five puppies. Thanks to a kind citizen’s report, she and her babies were brought to safety at the shelter. Since her rescue, Meadow was treated for heartworm , and she has a clean bill of health. On walks, she can be a little distracted at first, but she quickly settles down. Meadow is a sweet, gentle soul with a friendly nature—always ready to greet people with kindness. She’s looking for a loving home where she can continue to heal and finally experience the comfort and care she truly deserves. ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: • US residents only • 24 years of age (drivers license or passport required as a form of ID) • All children are age 6 or older • No restrictions on pets by landlord (must receive written consent) • Provide photos of your home, including bedroom • Financially willing and able to properly care for dog for remainder of its life • Must create separate IG account for adopted dog - to provide updates ADOPTION PROCESS (1-2 weeks): • Fill out the adoption application below with a specific dog(s) you wish to adopt from @KpupsForLove • Adoption screening interview via phone call with our team ONLY IF your application reflects our criteria • Reference checks • After screening steps, you will be notified ONLY IF your adoption application is approved • Our volunteers will work with you to finalize the adoption - sharing your new dog’s medical records, scheduling a date of your dog’s arrival, and sending detailed pick-up instructions.
