McKinley is approximately 2 years old and came in originally as a stray with a limp on 1-13-26. <br/><br/>She is a very sweet and friendly pup. She is a mid sized dog weighing only 28 pounds. She loves to chew bones and loves to sit in your lap. She gets along with other dogs but would prefer a home without cats. <br/><br/>It was found that she had a birth defect which left her with an incomplete ball and socket joint in her rear R leg. She has now had the FHO surgery required to fix it and she should regain full function of the affected leg. She is already weight bearing and has finished all meds and physical therapy. She is just building up some more muscle before being deemed completely healed. She is now available for adoption.
