McGyver's Story

*******PLEASE help McGyver find his forever home for Christmas.*******

This boy is stunning however, he has a dangerous habit that could get him hurt or lost. If you've ever been the mom or dad of a husky, you know that they can be adventurous. Well, McGyver is no different, he certainly enjoys going on his walkabouts if he can make the escape. He has been fairly lucky and has found his way home either by heading back on his own, a kind neighbor, or the shelter(which comes with the cost of $200 to get him out of jail).

His running days must end before he gets hurt or worse. Ideally what he needs is a physical fence with an under ground wire. He honestly never needs to be outside without his person PERIOD! McGyver is an absolute sweetheart. He loves affection, is house trained and walks very well on his leash. He also does well with smaller dogs. He hasn't been around kitty cats as far as I know.

Please contact me via text to request our adoption questionnaire @423-653-9895. Serious inquiries only. Please understand that his safety is our number one concern. We will absolutely not take any chances. If we are not 100% certain that your home is the right fit for him, we may suggest a pup that will be a better match.

UPDATE: 12/3/24 This boy has really matured while being in boarding. He hasn't tried to escape even once, they are of course extremely careful not to leave him alone. Ideally we would still like him to have a 6ft privacy fence. This pup is so incredibly special. He loves with his whole heart and never forgets a face. He is ready for his person. If you commit to him I promise, he will be your very best friend.
