McGee's Story
McGee is an amiable pupper who willingly seeks out human affection. He walks well on leash, sits for tasty treats, and knows several commands. He’s fully grown and is a compact medium size. His silky white coat with tan markings is the picture of good health, and who could say no to those ears!

There isn’t a tennis ball, frisbee, or squeaky toy that McGee won’t chase when thrown and happily pounce upon. It’s such fun watching him run victory laps while proudly clutching his newly-captured prize between his teeth.

McGee’s story is that he previously lived with an older couple and a great dane. He slept each night in a warm, cozy bed snuggled up with the wife. For some reason, the couple could only keep one dog and McGee drew the short straw. He seems to like other dogs and people.

Other than mild crate reactivity, which can be resolved with training, McGee is quite the catch. He is currently searching for a patient adopter willing to give him all of the tools needed to blossom in a loving forever home.

If you are interested in McGee, please start by filling out our questionnaire (https://bit.ly/cvaagQs). We will follow up to schedule a meet and greet appointment.

Our adoption fee is $75, and goes right back into the organization. All dogs are neutered/spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. To set your pup up for success, all pets should be given time to decompress before introductions to friends, extended family, and other animals.

We are based in Reidsville, NC but will adopt animals out-of-state. If out of state, we will do our best to arranged transport to meet you somewhere midway, depending on how far away you are. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any questions :)
