McFlurry made the journey to our shelter all the way from Carlsbad, New Mexico, and now he's excited to discover everything mountain life has to offer.<br/><br/>McFlurry can be a little shy when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places, but it doesn't take long for his gentle, affectionate personality to shine through. A few kind words, some gentle pets, and a little encouragement are usually all he needs before he's happily soaking up attention from his new friends.<br/><br/>McFlurry has done well meeting other friendly dogs here at our shelter, and we have been told by his previous rescue that he is good with cats too!<br/><br/>Like many young dogs, McFlurry is still building his confidence—especially when it comes to walking on a leash. New adventures can feel a little overwhelming right now, but with a patient family, plenty of positive reinforcement, and lots of love, we know he'll continue to grow into a confident companion.
