McCoy (the real McCoy)

Meet McCoy ! He's the Real Deal ! 4 months old *july He is currently being fostered in Louisiana.<br/><br/>Approx 3mo he has basic commands already going and is a dream on a leash! <br/><br/>McCoy was found wandering along a city road, picked up and brought to and surrendered to a local clinic in Louisiana.. the clinic couldnt bare to drop him at the city pound so they sought rescue and well.. here we are! <br/><br/>McCoy is early in his vetting process as we had to start with scratch from no known previous history. He has had a 1st set of vaccines, deworm, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention. He had a great exam at the clinic and was immediately a fan favorite with that award winning sweet personality.<br/><br/>This boy loves his crate and that is definitely helping with his potty training. He is schedule to get his next set of shots, followed by his neuter and will be ready to fall into a forever home by the end of July.<br/><br/>McCoy is the REAL DEAL - sweet, affectionate and smart - always willing to please (okay maybe cheese is involved) but that helps learn those basic like - sit, stay, <br/><br/>Our dogs are located in Louisiana. We bring them up to the Northeast on paid transport once we find a foster or adoptive home. Also, we ask that our adopters live within 60 miles of Long Island. Why, because that is where our network of volunteers, veterinarians and other professionals mostly reside and we want to be ther to help if needed.
