This adorable little girl was born in July and traveled all the way from Kentucky, arriving in Rochester on 9/19. She quickly settled into her safe and loving foster home and is already making herself right at home.

Mayzie has two big foster sisters, and she LOVES playing with them! She may be tiny, but she certainly doesn't let that stop her. She's a confident, sassy little player who is always ready for some fun. When playtime is over, she knows exactly what to do—find a cozy spot and take a puppy nap! And she is quite the champion napper.

Mayzie is also doing wonderfully with her crate. She actually enjoys sleeping in it and happily goes inside and settles down quietly while she dreams away.

We're working on potty training and sleeping through the night, and this smart little girl is doing great with both. She seems to understand what she's supposed to do and is making great progress.

Like any puppy, Mayzie will need a family who is ready for the fun—and responsibility—of raising a young dog. She'll need patience, consistency, training, guidance, plenty of playtime, and lots of love as she grows.

If you're looking for a tiny bundle of sass, sweetness, and puppy fun, Mayzie might just be your girl!

This dog is being fostered in Rochester, NY, by Rescued Treasures Pet Adoptions. We are not a shelter, but a foster home-based rescue, and all of our dogs are cared for in loving foster homes while they wait for their forever families.

Please review our application carefully and ensure everyone in the household is ready for the lifelong commitment and responsibility of welcoming a canine companion into your home
