MEET MAYBELLE! STATS: 1.5 years old, spayed, American Staffy Mix, 42 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am the wiggliest, happiest, goofiest girl you can find! My tail literally never stops wagging and it sometimes makes it hard for me to stand. I am super energetic and love playing with both my dog and human friends. I have such a sweet and playful personality. WHAT I LOVE: I really love to play! I love playing with other dogs and if I had a dog sibling, we could entertain ourselves all day by just playing non-stop! I also really love people and I think they love me too because they’re always laughing when I am around and talking about how funny shaped my body is (apparently, I am super short AND super long? I never noticed!) KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff thinks I would do well with kids that are kind and respectful towards me! OTHER DOGS: I am dog friendly and go to playgroup every day at the shelter! I am super playful, so I would do well with dogs that love to play, too! CATS: Unknown HER MATCH: I would love a family that loves to play, have fun, and spend time together! I would be happiest best with a dog sibling that would enjoy having someone to run around with and roll in the grass. SPECIAL NOTE: I look like a tiny terrier in a dachshund body! Once you complete the app, a staff member will call you in 1-2 business days once approved to set up a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.
