*** Maya Papaya's Story

This is a courtesy listing, not a SPOT Rescue dog. For more information regarding Maya Papaya, contact Erica below..

Hi, my name is Maya Papaya! I am a 2-3 year old, 50 lb Pit mix who had six puppies in the shelter just before Christmas. A local veterinarian clinic fostered me and all of my puppies. Five months later, all of my puppies have been adopted and I have been spayed and vaccinated and am ready for my forever home. My dream is to lay on a couch with a family of my own.
I love everyone, especially kids. I really enjoy a snuggle, going for walks and playing fetch. My ideal home would have kids but not other pets. I'm a hippopotamus and will wag my whole body when I see a friend. I am house trained and will sleep in a crate and I do well on car rides. I also love jumping up to give hugs and I do tug on a leash a bit. If you have a little one who has been begging for a dog, and you also want the kind of dog who keeps you from collecting more and more dogs, I would be your perfect pet! Maya's adoption fee is $150.
For more information about Maya, please contact Erica at (301) 383-4033/ericaellisdvm@gmail.com
