May's Story

May is an 8-month-old Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who’s full of energy, curiosity, and personality. She weighs around 35 lbs and is up to date on all her vaccines (as of October 1, 2025), with her final booster scheduled for November 1st. She isn’t spayed yet.

May is both kennel and house trained, and she already knows “sit” and “shake.” Like most heelers, she loves to stay busy—whether that’s chewing on a toy, exploring her surroundings, or keeping an eye on everything going on. She can be timid and wary of strangers or new animals at first, but with a little patience, she warms up and shows her sweet, loving side. Once she trusts you, she’ll want to be by your side for all the pets and affection you can give.

She’s playful with other dogs (sometimes a bit over-enthusiastically!) and curious about cats—she enjoys following them around and testing boundaries. Her experience with kids is still unknown. May’s ideal home would be one where she has time, space, and attention to match her active, loyal nature.

If you’re interested in meeting May please contact Hannah at 2623743637 or hannahrryback@outlook.com.
